After a rewarding first career in social services I joined the challenging and rewarding world of real estate and quickly knew that I had found my passion in life. Within 5 years I earned the prestigious Re/Max Hall of Fame award, and continue to win major sales awards every year. I first joined the Brownson Advantage as an unlicensed assistant in 2012, after first working in the field as a mortgage agent. This was an invaluable experience, allowing me to use my organizational skills to put the systems in place that allow our team to run like a well oiled machine. I learned the industry from the ground up, and when I got my real estate licence I already felt like a seasoned pro. I especially love working with first time home buyers and helping them break down what can seem like an intimidating process, into small manageable steps. I also discovered that I have a knack for staging and have followed up this passion with courses, seminars and a lot of shopping to grow a healthy supply of staging items to help showcase your home in the best light. Whether your home needs a little sprucing up with white towels and throw pillows, or a whole home makeover, I have the skills, furniture and supplies to make your home a showpiece.

I have several years experience as a renovator and project manager and I find these skills and knowledge are invaluable in the home buying and selling business. Before listing a home, I am able to perform complimentary quick fixes such as painting a wall or caulking a bathtub and if necessary I can arrange bigger repairs with my qualified professional contacts. When working with clients I am constantly looking for not just the perfect home but what’s perfect for you and your needs. I get especially passionate when looking for a fixer-upper for my clients, I love finding a diamond in the rough for my clients to make their own.
